Payments
All fees are due and payable per the schedule contained in our signed Design proposal. Usually 50% of estimated graphic design and contingency costs are due prior to beginning a project and/or contract. GBS Dezign reserves the right to invoice a client at any time if, due to no fault of GBS Dezign,
- the project extends beyond projected completion date, or
- the number of billable hours on the project exceeds the estimated project hours due to additional client requests outside of the scope of the original agreement.
All invoices are due and payable upon receipt and must be paid UPON COMPLETION of project, unless otherwise specified in the contract. A penalty for late payment will be assessed as follows: 2% of the unpaid balance per month overdue.
